E-Z Frame™ is an unsanded hardwood plywood product for industrial purposes such as upholstered furniture applications. The grading specifications of this panel follow that of a C-C unsanded panel, however does not carry a third party agency stamp. E-Z Frame™ has been a long-standing product line at Moncure Plywood for over twenty years and does not carry a third party agency stamp for this reason.

Yes – Moncure Plywood is SFI (Sustainable Forestry Initiative) certified for safe and renewable forestry practices. SFI is a third party organization dedicated to promoting sustainable forest management including measures to protect water quality, biodiversity, wildlife habitat, species at risk, Forests with Exceptional Conservation Value. All panels at Moncure Plywood are produced with an exterior phenolic resin that is ULEF (Ultra Low Emissions of Formaldehyde) exempt as tested by the Composite Panel Association, or CPA. At 0.00 ppm, ULEF exempt status means that Moncure Plywood panels emit less formaldehyde than the industry standard of Phase II exemption, which currently allows for 0.08 ppm. Moncure Plywood receives deliveries 24 hours a day and seven days a week. Please call for holiday receiving hours. These hours do not apply to log deliveries. For further information about our log receiving hours, please call Beth Moore at (866) 284-9022 ext. 200.
Moncure Plywood loading hours are Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM through 5:00 PM and on Saturdays from 7:00 AM through 12:00 PM.
